Beautiful well equipped facility. Easy for me to access. The teaching emphasis appears to be a balance of overall health, agility, flexibility, strength, breathing. I was amazed at how strenuous a Pilates session can be! I'll be back.
Bodylines Pilates is my favorite place in the world!!! My instructors are amazing and the owner is the most incredible human on earth!! I love my lessons and classes, they are my solace!!
