Class was great, staff was very welcoming and helpful
The studio is so welcoming and all of the instructors are great. I like the variety of classes and the events that are hosted. I'm attending the community event tomorrow at 3pm.
Body Balance is a gorgeous studio. You can tell that the owner pours her heart and soul into this facility. I would highly recommend it.
I appreciate how each specific teacher has their version of what yoga looks and sounds like.
