Excellent teacher!
Sound bells is an added benefit especially when they are not too loud during the relaxation!
I was visiting from out of town. I felt welcomed immediately by staff. The class was wonderful! I will visit again next time I am in town :)
Leslie is an AMAZING yoga instructor!! She was calm, confident, her timing was spot on & her cuing helped me get into chair pose a lot easier. I loved the energy of her class & felt strong & relaxed. I will definitely return.
