The substitute teacher, Bunkie, was well prepared and attentive to the class. Her instructions were clear and made sense, and she seemed to understand what that class usually offers and did not try to offer something entirely different.The room was not too warm, which I appreciated because some classes that are not described as warm or hot yoga actually are.

Beautiful studio, clean and serene. The instructor started an ended on time, very engaging and friendly. Lots of info yet very personal. I wish I lived closer. I would be there every week.
