I've been practicing Bikram with you since September 2004 and I've always felt that I was in the right place when I was there. I recently took off 16 months from practicing after the birth of our baby and I was so happy to be back where I belong!
The classes start on time and is cleaned in a timely manner. It would be ideal for me, if they had a hot hits class at least once a week at the Flatiron at 6:30pm - I love my hot hits but not able to attend any of the current classes that are offered at the flatiron because it's too early, I get off my job at 5PM. thanks.
