It was a great class, great instructor and I felt rejuvenated afterwards.
Great Location for an even Better Exercise Experience
Bode is my happy place! Instructors are friendly, informative, but also make sure everyone tries their hardest in the hot room. Just this week, I got to places in my practice I've never reached! I always (reluctantly) leave Bode with a smile and a feeling of true peace.
Instructor was great
Because it's a hot yoga studio but not aligned to Bikram. It's roomy and clean. Enough water, clean towels, toiletries. The fee is reasonable. The best thing is the teacher: friendly, knowledgeable, professional.
