Then even more water w Electrolytes mid class as the heat was more than I'm usually use to.
Her postures and rhyme was great, hitting every part of the body for a good morning practice to awaken the senses and body.
Then to close and leave great convo and very well educated and versed in all that is yoga...... thank you for an amazing experience!
