The instructors are engaging and friendly, the studio is immaculate, and the classes are challenging and rewarding.
Everyone at reception and in the lockers is friendly and polite. I love the classes. The space is always clean and organized.
Instructor is amazing
The sound bath meditation helped me release energy I needed to let go of, the environment was calming and the female working working the front desk was very nice, answering all my questions prior to the class
Charlie's a great instructor and really moderated the flow and temperature of the class well. Not many others are as good. Many do not control the flow of the class, spending too much time on individuals and then over extending the poses. In addition, there's too much additional chatter which is very distracting. The worst is when they do not know how to moderate the air flow/ventilation in the room. Paul is another great instructor who does this well.
I always enjoy taking Jenn Lobo's class...she's a great instructor!
