• My daughters had their hair and makeup done at your salon for their graduation. Although we had some initial issues with the makeup, the staff were really helpful in helping ensure that it was fixed and that both my daughters left feeling happy and excited about their graduation. I have to take a moment to recognize one of your staff in particular, Coco. She was so wonderful with my daughters! She took the time up front to really understand what it was they were looking for and ensure that she delivered that for them. She was also amazing at handling the issue with the makeup (even though she wasn't the one that caused it). She stepped in, took charge and put my daughters happiness first - no exception! She read my daughters unhappiness and embarrassment to speak up and was in there right away and handled the situation with respect and discretion. It is because of Coco that a potentially not great experience turned out so well! Honestly, she is such a professional, caring and compassionate person - not to mention great at her job as well!
