• From my arrival at Blo the receptionist was welcoming, then Chantal did my daughter’s hair for her First Communion with no delay. She was very mindful of the time, and we couldn’t be happier. She was so gentle, patient, and made sure we loved the hair style, and we absolutely did! Thank you for making my daughter feel so special on her First Communion big day. Highly recommend!

• Always room for improvement - the appt took longer than expected (which is ok), however would have been helpful to know how long a style would typically take when we sent the inspo pics & to be able to buffer in time for the staff to take their photos also without rushing. Our appt took over 90 mins which was ok since we had buffered in extra time, however would have been helpful to know upfront so we weren't rushing to our event afterwards especially with kids (which was the outcome unfortunately). That said, experience, hair style & staff were fantastic!
