• I rates it 10 because not only does my hair look good and the staff is beyond exceptional but this service should be a mandatory health requirement for any suffering with mentally/physical health issues. Both my mother and I have both medical conditions that makes it hard to just wash/dry our own hair but it would next to impossible to even style it. The staff at this location, not only takes pride in the quality of their service they provide, but also the well-being of each client. They have always gone above and beyond in every visit that I leave feeling good about myself outside and in. which is truly something that is overlooked these days in most places you go and highly unlikely to feel both on 100% of the time. I've had a membership for a long time now and as soon as my mother moved in with me I had her own membership started on her second visit. In light of some very hard financial times for our family I am still working on keeping both memberships in the necessary budget location.
