The teachers at Bliss Body are amazing...patient, enthusiastic, prepared, and very focused on correct form and alignment. I'm not the most flexible person, but they've shown me how to use props properly and make the most of my strengths. My physical and mental health have changed for the better since starting on my yoga journey 6 years ago, and I owe it all to the amazing teachers at Bliss Body.
