Sarah is wonderful! She teaches class with a nice routine. She is respectful of everyone and their specific needs and preferences. She is very knowledgeable is able to convey that knowledge to us so we better understand the importance or reason for doing the different poses. I love that she ends with poetry. The poetry she selects speaks to me every time - even though poetry has been challenging for me in the past. I am grateful for Sarah!
Great instructor for an introduction and good options to continue practice
this was my second sound bath class and i just love the vibrations. the only thing that i could comment is on maybe doing some light stretches laying down in the beginning vs just laying there the entire time. nothing crazy but maybe some simple poses or optional easy light stretching might have been nicer since the rest of the class is not moving.
The quality of the experience and instruction was outstanding.
The teachers are so kind and knowledgeable. I feel so at home at this studio. Coming here is a gift to myself.
