very friendly, warm and welcoming environment. very clean and cozy! teachers r fun interactive and teaching us not just yoga but how to deal with life and teaching by their own example. bikram is helping me with lot of physical issues that i have and keeps my mind and emotions in check thus helping me to deal w daily life better. bikram helps with everything!! this practice has changed my life for better in all aspects!
