Everyone was warm and welcoming. I took the Ashtanga class and Adam was a wonderful teacher... offering subtle corrections when necessary.
The facility was clean and has showers and a parking lot.
The cleanest studio on Long Island. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Been going to this studio on and off since they opened. May you always prosper and continue to serve Long Island and beyond!
