STUDIO PROTOCOLS - Please arrive to the studio at least 15 minutes before the class starts. The front door is locked at the beginning of each class for the safety and security of the students and the studio. Yoga mats, towels and water are available to rent and purchase. Shower facilities are available. Be courteous to your classmates and EARLY CANCEL so that the WAITLIST student can take your place. Un-cancelled classes will not be refunded.
OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
Heating System - Our heating system has U.V. lights embedded in the system to cleanse the air scrambling cells and killing bacteria, viruses and all contaminants in the air.
ERV - Our ERV is an air quality system that ventilates, flushes and removes stale air in the yoga room entirely as it measures and monitors the carbon dioxide levels, replacing the air with fresh oxygenated air.
Plasma Air - Much like sunlight does in the atmosphere, Plasma Air technology produces a natural bio-climate rich in positive and negative oxygen ions. The negative ions contain an extra electron while the positive ions are missing an electron resulting in an unstable condition. In an effort to restabilize, these bipolar ions seek out atoms and molecules in the air to trade electrons with, effectively neutralizing particulate matter, bacteria and virus cells, odorous gases and aerosols, and VOCs.
Antimicrobial Carpeting - Our Flotex carpet is hospital-grade and anti-microbial. It is proven to inhibit the growth of infections such as MRSA, Norovirus, and C-Difficile, helping to contribute to a healthier and hygenic environment.
Cleaning Staff - Our cleaning staff is focused on antibacterial cleaning and sanitization throughout the studio.

OUR CLASSES
Bikram Yoga
Bikram Yoga is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques designed to work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organs. The result is a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience that will give you an incredible sense of well-being. The classes are offered in the traditional 90 minutes and the abbreviated 60 minute sessions. As a first-time student we recommend attending the 90 minute classes.
Power Vinyasa Flow
Power Vinyasa Flow contains Pranayama with music and a variety of poses that range from a novice to an intermediate level. This is a middle ground between Bikram heated classes and non-heated yoga. It is called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together linking breath with movement. It is a broad classification that encompasses many different types of classes including Ashtanga and Power Yoga. Flow classes string together to make a sequence.
Ashtanga
The Primary Series is the foundational practice of traditional Ashtanga Yoga. Focusing on the Half Primary Series this teacher led class is the same set of postures in the same order during each class and is suitable for all levels. This is a slightly-heated class.
Hot Inferno Pilates
Hot Inferno Pilates is a fun, challenging full body, low impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles performed on a yoga mat and towel in a heated room with energetic music. It strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout, designed for all fitness levels. It creates long lean muscle mass, burns fat and increases fitness levels.
Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing Meditation
Yoga Nidra means deep Yogic Sleep. It is a practice that allows you to come into a space of profound rest and relaxation while staying lightly awake and aware. It is practiced lying down comfortably on your back. It is the ultimate relaxation technique for releasing stress and tension held in the body. You will be guided through Yoga Nidra while listening to beautiful healing sounds and music. This practice will nourish, replenish and revitalize every part of you. Good for all levels and is a non-heated class.
Pilates
Pilates is a low-intensity muscle-strengthening workout that focuses heavily on building strong core muscles. Pilates -once a niche strength, mobility and recovery technique for dancers - has gone mainstream. The low-intensity, muscle strengthening workout can promote flexibility, mobility and posture.
Align and Flow
By focusing on proper alignment and mindful movement, Align and Flow helps to promote overall physical and mental well-being. The class provides a challenging and rewarding practice that leaves you feeling grounded, reconnected and rejuvenated. Pilates is a low-intensity muscle strengthening workout that focuses heavily on building stronger core muscles.
HIIT Pilates Flow
HIIT Pilates Flow is a full body high intensity interval training workout that consists of low to high impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. This class is based on the Pilates principles of proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high intensity work out will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.
Barre
Barre is a toning, body-weight lifting workout. It engages muscles you wouldn't normally target -ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups don't reach. With high-reps and low impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles - no ballet experience is required!
Yin
Yin yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga the poses are held for a long-period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result the asanas are more passive holds with little muscular engagement.
Kundalini
Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves some chanting, breathing exercises and repetitive poses. It's purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy or shakti. This is a spiritual energy that's said to be located at the base of your spine. Also called the "yoga of awareness" Kundalini yoga balances chakras and contributes to spiritual enlightenment.
Classes run seven days a week with sessions from the studio's Bikram Yoga Certified instructors. The studio encompasses 3,400 square foot equipped with high-tech ionic air cleaning system to kill bacteria and monitors that track carbon dioxide and oxygen levels pumping in oxygen if the levels get too low. The paint contains no volatile oxygen compounds and its yoga room floor is covered with antibacterial fabric which absorbs sweat, feels good and looks like wood. There are two beautiful locker rooms and two private rooms offering private yoga and wellness services.
