Carolyn is the absolutely best massage therapist I have ever been too. She is, of course, more than a masseuse. Her training in neuromuscular therapy is evident in every appointment. I can say that my knee is stiff and she will focus on the adductors, the psoas, and all of the other components of the knee's skeletal and muscular system with deep cognitive knowledge and equally skillful hands. She follows up on the previous visit's concerns with each new visit--you are known to her, and you matter. I always feel better immediately and also notice a positive trajectory over time. I love Carolyn and frequently recommend her to others.
