The instructor was great with the right balance of flow, challenge, and mindfulness. Great 🎶 Playlist also . And front desk was great and everybody was friendly/helpful.

First time visitor staff was very friendly and trustworthy. Instructor was good explain very detailed, she just needed to be a little louder . Not much she had a very soft soothing voice. Maybe I need hearing aids? Lol just turn 60 in October.
