It's sooooo fun! All the instructors bring something different to each class. Great music and love the refreshing towels at the end of each workout

Well I showed up late but they were very helpful and nice and let me come in. They supplied mats, towels, blocks and ice rags at the end. The bathroom and showers were clean. It was a great hot yoga session.
