It was an amazing experience! Mariah was amazing! Its was my first time in a hot yoga class, i had some anxiety going into it but very soon felt welcomed and at peace! I will for sure be joining agin!

What's not to love ? That space was Clean & Gorgeous! Everyone was welcoming and friendly! I haven't enjoyed hot yoga in the past but I did this time ! I got so into the movements I sorta forgot I was hot. VERY GOOD instruction!! I will be back for her class again ! Thank you !!!
