I grew up in Wichita Falls and come back often to visit my parents....it was so refreshing to find a great workout studio that's affordable and in the heart of town. The instructor was amazing and the setting just ideal! I will definitely be back.

Calming atmosphere. Attentive and knowledgeable instructor. Very clean and inviting. The instructor gave modifications for poses that may be difficult for beginners. Will definitely visit again.
