I always feel so comfortable at balance. The instructors are very patient and give good instructions on how to practice yoga safely. The yoga instructors are all fantastic and each have unique classes. I feel so relaxed and renewed mentally & physically after each class. My job is both physically and mentally demanding. And balance is a God send.

Even though I don't live here full time I still call Balance my home studio. It is where my love for yoga grew. Anytime I'm at our ranch I make the 40 minute drive to take a Flow class with Carson. Her kind spirit and class planning resonate so much with me. I'd highly recommend Balance to anyone - new to yoga or advanced you'll get what you need and leave feeling renewed and regenerated!
