The staff and services are second to none. Its my go to for recovery post training/racing as well as my escape from the harsh Minnesota winter to get into a very toasty infrared sauna!

I just visited Awaken for Wellness for the first time and received a relaxing, restorative, therapeutic massage from Jamie. She has the knowledge and technical skills, along with attentiveness and presence, to help correct issues with various therapeutic massage techniques. I look forward to visiting Awaken's inviting and beautiful space for massage again soon--and definitely want to try the Float Tank too!

My friend and I provided a "relaxation intervention" for our co worker. We went with the whole enchilada . Infra red, massage and float. She returned the next day transformed. A true testament? After she was done, she bought her husband the same services she received before she walked out the door. Amazing staff knowledge, ridiculously low prices and services offered that are unique and provide genuine relief. Well done. All of us are customers for life.
