• The trainers generally care for you as an individual and wanna see progress and growth. They push you just enough and challenge you to be a better version of yourself. I absolutely love Lana, Toko, Chris, Mac. Dez, Val are also just full of energy and life and encouragement. The whole environment makes it well worth it and the training facility is top notch.
