• I LOVE forever athlete. My favorite coach has been Lana. The workouts are constantly changing (which I love) and I really like that you stretch before & after. I used to do other fitness classes that wouldn’t stretch and I’d end up in a lot of pain. Also love that you introduced later classes! I work all the way in the galleria so sometimes making it on time is difficult. Great update for 2020! Keep doing what you’re doing and make sure to keep Lana around :) she’s great at what she does!
