Christopher is patient, accommodating, humble, fun, teaches life lessons and will have you leave thinking outside the box he is very attentive to his class also Overall he is a great teacher along with the other teachers 🙏🏾

It's the most relaxing place in Columbus, GA. Very beginner friendly and make yoga less intimidating for someone who's never done it before. I would highly recommend
challenging class and hot room that actually allows you to sweat and get a good workout
