Yw. I loved the atmosphere and vibe of the studio and teachers. I didn't feel ashamed of my body and where I am physically. I learned more than just a couple of first time yoga beginner move I learned quite a few life lessons as well and I felt like I joined a family
Every time I visit Art of Yoga I love it! It is a great studio and everyone there is so positive. I appreciate you so much.
The instructor was great. I'm excited about going back.
