This is a wonderful yoga community. The instructors are experienced. The sequences are varied. And the classes always leave me feeling calm, strong, and re-energized.
It was our first time doing yoga and Chris made us feel very comfortable. We all left there feeling so refreshed and relaxed. We'll definitely be back for more!!!
