Art Of Yoga has a calming and peaceful ambience as soon as you enter the door. As someone whom experiences anxiety, I find it difficult to navigate unfamiliar places but comes with ease at AOY plus the class is an awesome experience.
I am really enjoying the environment and atmosphere at Art of Yoga. It is a great place for yoga. I have attended two classes so far.
