Great class. Challenging but had modifications for all levels.
Amazing staff and wonderful community
Environment expels peace, tranquility and freedom upon entering. Classes are diverse and if you chose to gain from it all that is available to you there's no other choice than to ultimately enjoy the experience and connect.
