I chose a 10 because I really enjoyed the instructor and how she makes the class enjoyable while correcting and encouraging you to become better. 😁
I felt like I was in the right place at the right time. The level of relaxation and calm I experienced in just this one session gave me hope and confidence that I will return. It’s exactly what I need in my stressful life right now.
