I am a beginner at yoga and my wife has a certificate to teach yoga. Despite the difference in our experience, we both benefited greatly from Chris's Alignment class. He made me feel welcome and his instructions were easy to follow. I highly recommend Art of Yoga to beginners and experts alike.

The incense was a little excessive for my taste.
I was also unfamiliar with the mantras chanted and since I believe spoken words have power, I like to understand what is being said.
Everything else was awesome; thank you for hosting that event. The harp and sound bath were superb!
