The staff and atmosphere is wonderful. Every instructor looks out for your needs and works, they are friendly, helpful and caring. All you have to do is walk in the door and you immediately feel welcome and serene.🙏
As a newbie to the space. I found the environment quite peace and something new off the normal day to day. I think if you've had a serious interest in it before it's a great way to get your feet in.
The class was easy to follow and after class I feel my whole body stretched so well.
Instructor Anna was fantastic. The studio is welcoming and nice. The class was great, the instructor Anna noticed i needed a modification for a pose and showed me kindly how to modify but didn't make a big deal about it. The actual yoga was great and I felt very relaxed when I left and will definitely be back again. Loved the class.
