I'm a beginner, and this class was perfect! The atmosphere was amazing the people in the glass were helpful, kind and the instructor was phenomenal! I slept like a baby that night literally. Thank you for an awesome experience!

I love the practice and all the instructors. The visual environment is calm and relaxing. I wish there was a rule that conversations not be held in the studio but instead in the hallway. It's difficult to hit the mat to unwind when there are loud conversations happening.
Wonderful experience and looking forward to trying more classes.
