Very calming atmosphere with great practitioners and staff. The front desk staff was particularly wonderful booking appointments for the five people in our party who all had different preferences. Thank you for a great experience. We look forward to next time and will recommend AOS to others.

The variety of saunas and services are great. Ladies nights are the best way to try out the services. Also enjoy the guests who come in and do a variety of workshops. Learn so much on how to get healthy.

I felt the overall experience as a professional that has worked in some high end spas and worked in the industry can give a good explanation in how services should be provided and given. As a professional that has worked in the industry it was very delightful to have a service like a Turkish hammum treatment. I would definitely recommend this treatment for anybody else that enjoys body wrap scrubs and or wet dry room spa treatments . The therapist was extremely professional and executed the service very well and was his overall knowledgable in his experience and within giving the service concluded the score that I gave which was a 9 . And yes I would can definitely come again and have this experience again
