You have great staff which provides excellent costumer service. The place is clean and well taken care off. Overall very positive experience. Serving clients with the snacks and small gifts at the end was a very pleasant touch

staff is friendly. Facility is lovely. Clean and floors are constantly mopped to ensure safety. Saunas are clean, spacious and hot! Overall lovely relaxing experience. Looking forward to getting back next month

The snacks were good and the place was busy but still relaxing. The facilities were clean and the staff very hard working (especially housekeeping in the baths area)! It's very obvious that a lot of attention to detail was given to the organisation of the place. In such an expensive city with such a high cost of living, it's great to find affordable activities such as the one you offered last night.
