My second visit and I found that even though it was a weekend that the space was well maintained and that the staff were friendly. Even though renovations are underway, there was no interruption to any services other than some small technical issues with some of the audio in some rooms/areas. I am also very happy with the underground parking and decent rates.

Loved the: Eucalyptus steam room, Russian banya, Turkish Room, and dry aromatherapy sauna! Cold plunge buckets were fantastic. Unique place, and very well kept.

This was a lovely escape for relaxation, recharging and rest. I was so happy to see that you were so close to home. The massage and facial I received were amazing, I left completely relaxed and so happy! The options for the saunas and steam rooms are plentiful, and I felt very taken care of!

The facility is sensational after recent updates, and is usually very clean. Very relaxing to visit the saunas. And the massage services have been great. Proceeding a massage with time in the saunas, and then following the massage with additional time in the saunas has added to the effectiveness of the sauna. Highly recommended! Recently encountered some minor issues with website and booking, and the front desk staff have been extremely polite and helpful. Last night I was treated extremely well at the front desk by Meghan and discovered she is a manger. She was interested in my feedback as a customer and chatting with Meghan, it became obvious she cares and is interested in suggestions. Keep up the good work, Meghan!
