Art of Sauna is an oasis for me. When I am there it is a time I set aside for my mental and physical health. I feel replenished when I leave. I like that I can take my husband with another couple or a visiting guest and be the hostess to the sauna experience. All whom I have taken there have enjoyed their experience. Art of Sauna is a Clean, new, and tasteful venue. Staff are friendly and informative. Change rooms are posh. I highly recommend! Heidi

We had a wonderful experience at the Art of Sauna. It reminded us of an authentic European spa. The massage therapists were very skilled unlike some spas. The saunas and steams were clean,beautiful and all provided unique experiences. The staff was lovely. We had smoothies and light snacks in the cafe which were delicious. It was truly a marvelous experience and we will return many times. I can’t say enough good things about it.

The Art of Sauna is a unique experience for Vancouver. The saunas are well thought out and beautifully designed. It's also very clean and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
