The studio is always clean and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
The instructors, "office people", helpers everyone is so kind and so helpful and so personal it all adds up to a great way to spend time in class.
The variety of classes and schedules are excellent. Comfortable and clean place to relax, unwind and zen out!

By the way, last Sunday (19 May), Katey hit the gong that it was too loud. I had to cover both ears. I love the enthusiasm but maybe just dial back the gong. ;-)
