I love the 90 minute classes your instructors always do amazing
I just wanted to say that I've really enjoyed Angie's classes so far. They have the right balance of challenging vs relaxing for me, and I really appreciate her feedback during class.

I love the depth of the sacred movement class. The breathwork and Mantra’s really hold key to unlock the power and light within me. I like the support that everyone had for each other in Anchorage Yoga and that culture is driven from the top down. The instructor set a great tone for the purpose of our session. And I always have fun, even though I am not very good at most of the poses!
Love how I can reserve a specific spot ahead of time. Have really enjoyed the hot yoga classes on Fridays and weekends with Sam, Rick and Joshua recently!
The studio is always clean and welcoming. I love the instructors. And I always leave feeling happy and energized
