Staff and instructors are welcoming and knowledgable. The studio is calm, peaceful, wonderfully decorated and sparkling clean.
hot 26 is a great class. i like the instructors. the facility is clean and people friendly.
I LOVE Katey and her team of yogis. Great energy.
I absolutely love hot flow when Katy is the instructor. She teaches yoga in a way that is safe but challenging with lots of humor. When Katy has a sub I usually don't go because I feel like I'm going to get injured because the instruction isn't precise and clear. The sub instructor although very nice, takes the "flow" out of hot flow. The instruction doesn't flow together from beginning to end.
