I have taken mama yoga through both my pregnancies and have found it so beneficial. Physically, emotionally and mentally. All 3 of the mama yoga instructors are fabulous and bring something different to their classes!
Great class, good instructor, the option to use the mat towel for hot yoga on the 1st visit, the little emergency packets at the front, the sweat towel and fresh shower towels for use and I appreciated the 3 min shower rule, all awesome!

Great price for first time guest! I was visiting from Florida for a month and I was relieved to find such a wonderful yoga facility to continue my practice. Recommend to all my Alaska people.

Had fun and felt like I had a challenging yet relaxing class. The flow was nice and the instructor gave great cues.
