Nafisa is the best! Such a great workout and relaxing to boot! Pure bliss. The only bad thing about it right now is not being able to shower after. I may cancel my membership until they re open only bc I live in the valley and to sit in my car sweaty for an hour kinda ruins the experience.
Wonderful class taught by Star! It was a little bit hard to see the poses on Zoom. Maybe if the camera was zoomed in about 25%, that would help. Maybe it’s just the way it works w zoom.
