I felt safe! I think you have done an excellent job of protecting us from the virus. As always I really enjoy the hot yoga. I think it is so beneficial to being flexible. At 77 I can do poses that I haven't done in years.

AYC has been and continues to be the stable force for yoga in Anchorage. It is a crying shame that COVID has hampered their ability to serve. I will continue to support. They are doing everything right! Take a class!!!
