Great experience, so good to be back in the studio, but i definitely miss the showers!
Studio was clean and well organized. The instructor was awesome at giving direction and alternative poses.
So many reasons. Grateful for all the safety measures. Excellent teachers. Variety of classes with convenient schedules. Ease of signing up for classes on line. Fellow yogi friends. :)
The instructor made it very easy to be a participant.
Love AYC! Since COVID atmosphere isn’t leaving us anytime soon, it would be nice for there to be more “virtual” classes again,.
