Great class! It was just what I needed after a long week of being an adult! The instructor was great! And she had a nice steady and smooth pace!

It’s a welcoming environment from the moment you walk into the building. Sara was a great instructor that managed a class with different skill level effortlessly. The customer service at the front desk was impeccable. I left with a feeling of calm and relaxation . I signed up for the intro membership immediately afterwards. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Money and time well spent
