The instructors did a phenomenal job. They were helpful with poses, accommodating to group needs and went way beyond expectations to make sure the trip was a success.
The facility was also wonderful. Clean, comfortable and delicious food. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and healthier than when I arrived.
The only issue was a transportation communication mistake that left me and my friend at the airport. We had the transportation organizer's text and were in contact and several times were told to stay where we were, but we still got overlooked. We finally called two hours after our expected pickup and a driver was sent. Another group also had issues with an unsafe driver. While it is lovely to have transportation figured out for us, this really had me wishing I had arranged my own. The return trip, I assume with the same company, was excellent with a friendly and safe driver.
I would highly recommend this trip. The opportunity to focus on my own development and recentering in such a beautiful place with easy ocean access is a gift without comparison.
