Lauren was amazing
I continue to be blown away by how amazing the classes are at Anchorage Yoga. I live out of state and only make it to Anchorage several times a year, but when I'm in town, I try to practice at Anchorage Yoga as much as my work schedule allows. Hollie was amazing. Her pacing was great and I loved her calm, encouraging energy. I love the heat in the studio and how packed the classroom gets with serious practitioners. I feel like the group energy is very strong here. Can't wait for my next class!
