Such a cute, cute studio. And you can tell the instructor has a lot of experience- very strong teaching skills.

The atmosphere was calm and inviting. The instructor kept his voice even and calm with instructions concise. The environment was clean with no odor. Over all I felt calm, accomplished and invigorated at end of class.

Excellent class! The instructor gave varying levels to add challenge, but would check in to ensure good form. My only drawback is that I am unfamiliar with the yogi terms for poses.
