Garrett is a fantastic teacher. I've learned so much from him and he creates a welcoming and accepting environment. I also enjoy the the studio space, the provision of props, and the individualized approach of meeting students unique needs for a fulfilling yoga practice.
The people are technically knowledgeable with delightful energy and heart. The space is inviting and welcoming and the fellow practitioners are diverse.
